The typical roadmap evolution in working the optimal solution to eliminate or at least mitigate unwanted events has literally reached its pinnacle of focusing on human performance as depicted by ‘last barrier concept’ of the Swiss Cheese / Domino Modelling as Illustrated
Designed to align with Company’s directions, delivering HPI programs is within Scorpion’s forte. Assigning a range of approach comprising Instructional Coaching the selected EI & IOGP CRM modular series to affect acquisition of cognizant skillset (non-technical skill) to support existing line trade skill set to enhance high situational awareness that leads to making proper decision making and being an effective communicator. The program proper will further entails a post modular series facilitative coaching with pre-assigned ‘IOGP Behavioral Markers’ to reflect good behavioral practices.
